Following our earlier report "GIS Professional Salary Survey (2025 Edition)", we've closed the data collection period and compiled key insights from 1,917 valid responses—significantly exceeding the 625 submissions in 2023 and 1,577 in 2024, improving statistical reliability.

- ¥150k-¥200k: 14%
- Upper tier (¥300k+): 6% combined
- Top earners (¥1M+): 4% (76 submissions)
A monthly salary exceeding ¥25k RMB ($3.5k USD) places professionals in the industry's top 6%.
Geographic Distribution
Employment remains concentrated in second-tier cities (≥50%), followed by first-tier metropolitan areas.
