This dataset was shared within professional GIS communities. While originally vectorized from authoritative maps, the specific source edition couldn't be verified.

Important Note: The original data excludes the nine-dash line. For cartographic compliance, users must add this feature. The shared package includes a supplemental nine-dash line file.
