Many readers have requested software resources for Global Mapper Pro. As I rarely use this software personally, updates were infrequent. Installation Steps for Global Mapper Pro v24.0

  1. Run the installer and click "Next" through all prompts until completion.
  2. Copy global_mapper.exe from the "Path" directory to the installation directory (default: C:\Program Files\GlobalMapper24.0_64bit), replacing the existing file.
  3. Launch the software to confirm successful installation.

Notice how much simpler this installation is compared to ArcGIS Pro!
